A grand rum from the Philippines, produced by Tanduay. This expression spends five years maturing in bourbon barrels, developing a flavour profile rich in creamy vanilla and fruit. It's filtered before being bottled, removing some of its hue (though not its flavour, luckily!). Great for cocktails and mixed drinks.

Here we have Stonewall London Dry Gin, inspired by the Stonewall riots in New York in June 1969. An African craft gin from Procera, distilled in Nairobi with 10 botanicals, all sourced from across Africa, including Madagascan pink pepper and Moroccan orris root. However, the most important botanical here is a relatively unseen species of juniper, Juniper Procera (most gins use Juniper Communis), also known as African juniper as it only grows in the highlands of Kenya and Ethiopia. This different variety gives the gin a nuttier, earthier backbone. After distillation, the gin is bottled into stunning hand-blown bottles, also produced in Nairobi. A truly unique gin.

An aged agricole rum from Damoiseau, the Millesime 2009 was produced in Guadeloupe and bottled after seven years of rest in American oak barrels. This is the 'raw' version of the 2009 vintage agricole, bottled at a warming 66.9% ABV.

Great rhum agricole from Guadeloupe's Damoiseau, the XO expression spends at least 6 years maturing in ex-bourbon casks before being bottled at 42% ABV. You'll want to try this served neat, or perhaps over ice, though we reckon some classic rhum agricole cocktails would benefit from its full bodied flavour profile.

The Salted Caramel Rum Liqueur is produced from column distilled pure sugar cane juice and reduced to 35% before being blended with natural flavours and a touch of sugar for balance. On the nose, you have a very pleasant popcorn aroma and sweetness coming through while on the palate, you can taste the creamy salted caramel. It is very smooth and leaves an after taste of fudge and hazelnut in your mouth. This Salted Caramel liqueur mixed together with the St Aubin Classic Rhum Agricole, St Aubin Rhum Classic Coffee and a freshly pulled espresso makes a mean Salted Caramel Espresso Martini. Don Julio Anejo 1942 spends up to two and half year ageing, nearly enough to be classed as extra anejo. It’s stilled in a single pot still and has the wonderful spiced aromas of cinnamon, sweet agave, vanilla and interesting Turkish delight. The taste is deep with cinder toffee notes, the continual flavour of the agave and bursts of sweet, zesty citrus. Dry and nutty the finish is long with notes of smoke.

A classic liqueur Kummel is a refreshing and sweet smelling drink which is packed full of flavour. Syrupy in the mouth, each sip is full-bodied and fiery, with pronounced notes of caraway, aniseed and hints of citrus and fresh peppermint. An untamed young single malt from Ardbeg, Wee Beastie has spent five years in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks before being unleashed.
