Belle & Co is produced from fermented grape juice, like any other wine, but uses a high tech process to create this non-alcoholic product. It is then blended with premium green tea to give it more body. The resulting non-alcoholic wine has notes of apple and pear and a good level of acidity. One could say it's 'trés belle'!

A good quality straight rye American whiskey with a 51% Rye, 45% Corn, 4% Malted Barley mashbill, at 90 US proof (45%) this works well as a sipping whiskey and has enough punch to make its presence felt in Manhattan or Sazerac cocktails.

Minty Minttu liqueur from Finnish distillers Koskenkorva, who are well known for their 013 Vodka and its many flavours. Minttu is an intense liqueur, with a mountain of mint flavours behind it. You can enjoy it neat, but they also recommend trying it in a hot chocolate if you fancy a delicious, warming drink.

Ron Matusalem went and sourced some wine casks for this limited edition release! The rum is charcoal filtered and matured in a solera system, before it's finished in casks which previously held Tempranillo wine. The tropical notes from the rum work wonderfully with the spicier notes from the wine cask, with just 8,000 bottles released. Rather snazzy bottle there, too.
The world’s first bottled Ouzo, Ouzo 12 offers up the taste of Greece. Crystal clear until you add water when it turns milky-white, Ouzo has the distinct fresh flavour of fennel, liquorice on the nose and subtle spices underneath. On tasting the strength of liquorice is released and the fresh fennel notes come through strongly with a welcome hint of sugar at the end. The long finish is intense with liquorice and it’s a flavour which you won’t’ forget in a hurry.
Produced and distilled in the heart of Tequila, Mexico, by Fabrica de Tequilas, this reposado was made with blue agave that was cooked in autoclaves using steam for 10 hours. A special yeast is then added to the agave juices before fermentation, which lasts as long as 72 hours before distillation.
Rooster Rojo reposado is subsequently double pot distilled in stainless steel pot stills, before being 'rested' in oak. Water filtered through Mexican silver is added to blend the product down to a measured 38% ABV.

Batanga reposado Tequila is produced at the Casa Orendain, which was founded all the way back in 1926! It's distilled using 100% agave, harvested from the Orendain plantation and fermented with yeast which is locally produced at the distillery from a recipe which is over 80 years old. Batanga is named after the eponymous drink created in the 1950s, which is a simple recipe of Tequila, cola and lime juice. We're sure the Tequila itself wouldn't go amiss in one of those!

Tasting Notes
Expertly distilled, it is crystal-clear as if polished to a shine; the spirit clings to the glass delivering a preview of the texture to come.
Subtle and delicate, a distinctive undercurrent of toasted crumpet is enhanced with a touch of lemon zest and black pepper, accompanied by a faint hint of anise.
Surprisingly rich & buttery in the mouth with a gentle delivery, the spirit lives up to its aromatic promise and adds an element of creaminess and some freshly cut apple to the offering. The initial sweetness gives way to a pleasant dry and light finish making it equally suited as a base for Martini-style cocktails, as well as for enjoying with a mixer or over ice.
The Carta Blanca rum from Santiago de Cuba is a molasses-based rum which is initially aged in oak casks and filtered before bottling, removing the colour but not the flavour (making it a good choice for cocktails).
Sir Robin of Locksley Gin comes to us all the way from Sheffield, boasting a radiant flavour profile thanks to the botanical selection, which includes elderflower, dandelion and pink grapefruit. The name is a reference to local legend, Robin Hood!
Casa Dragones Mizunara, a 100% Blue Agave Reposado sipping tequila, holds the distinction of being the inaugural tequila to be exclusively rested in mizunara. Mizunara is a unique and scarce Japanese oak, traditionally reserved for maturing Japanese whiskies.
"Mizunara," which directly translates to "water oak," is known for its softer and more porous nature compared to other oaks. Jose Cuervo 1800 Silver Tequila is a premium silver tequila that slightly plays against the rules of tradition by resting, rather than aging, in an American oak barrel for up to 15 days after distillation, just long enough to take on a dash of colour and a slightly oaky body of flavour. Sporting the freshness of a traditional silver, the flavour deepens a bit, getting a bit spicy toward the end, and definitely savoury. Enjoy any way you like, mix up or take on the rocks, but note that the cap also doubles as a shot glass, so you might as well have a go.
