Cygnet Welsh Dry Gin is distilled using the purest Welsh water and a blend of 12 botanicals. This creates a truly vibrant gin. On the palette there are waves of vibrant juniper, with bold supporting citrus notes from fresh lime and pink grapefruit. The subtle floral notes produce a soft, moreish finish.

Cygnet 22 is distilled with a balanced blend of 22 botanicals, including chamomile, bee pollen, and Manuka honey. The nose is evocative of blossom and the rolling valley meadows. Prominent juniper on the palette blends beautifully with gentle chamomile and caramelised honey. The Manuka honey results in a soft smooth finish that ensures Cygnet 22 can be enjoyed neat or on the rocks.​

Eden Mill Golf Gin 70cl is a special edition gin for St. Andrews Golf Company who evoke bygone days with their hickory shafted clubs. Distilled in India using foraged Himalayan Juniper and locally sourced botanicals, Hapusa is a gin that is uniquely Indian. The traditional copper pot still then runs slow and long to extract the maximum amount of flavour.

The guys from Ben's Canteen in London have made a gin! Handcrafted from a small copper still in the bar area of Ben’s Canteen in London, in addition to juniper it contains honey and oranges, as well as 10 other botanicals. The Wandsworth honey represents living and working in London, while the oranges represent holidaying and dreaming in Mallorca – as, so we're told, the eponymous Ben often likes to do. Garnish with a slice of orange and a sprig of lavender.

A gin with a sense of place, being made with Isle of Wight rock samphire and Boadicea hops alongside juniper, coriander seeds, fresh lemon zest, grains of paradise, angelica, liquorice, orris and elderflower.

Luxardo have a great history with making gin, the actual recipe goes back to the famous Ginepro di Dalmazia, produced by the Luxardo family since the beginning of the 1900's. The recipe for Luxardo London Dry Gin is based on the same 1900 recipe and contains 9 botanicals; juniper, coriander, iris, angelica, calamus, liquorice, cinnamon, cardamom and bitter orange. Infused for 24 hours and then distilled in a copper still. 19 days of refinement and then filtered.

The Maritime Gin is an infusion of botanicals with 5 different types of seaweed, all locally sourced. Some of the botanicals are dried and others blast chilled, with the more delicate placed in Méabh’s vapour tray. Some of the ingredients are so unusual, harvesting can only take place when there is a full moon, with the foraging at times extremely hazardous, as the tide means everything.
