Thin Lizzy members Scott Gorham and Brian Downey, together with Philip Lynott’s family Caroline, Sarah and Cathleen immersed themselves over a 2 year period in a bold collaboration with West Cork Distillers to co-create an Irish Whiskey where craft and art combine. Committed and uncompromising in their approach, after many tastings they personally selected an unusual blend of grain and malt Irish Whiskies finished in double charred oak casks for their Thin Lizzy Irish Whiskey.

Trois Rivieres hides a lot of flavour in its crystal clear body. Punchy and awash with tangy notes, it is still smooth and is a great alternative choice for your classic Mojito or Daiquiri. Fresh peaches, plums and pears come through in the nose and its high ABV means once you sip you get the full depth of flavour in a single sucker punch. Despite its punchiness there is elegance to this rum and citrus and grassy notes come through to support the strength.

One of Brazil’s favourite Cachaça, Velho Barreiro is delicate on the nose but powerful earthy tones come through when you sip. Ripe marrow and fresh orchard fruit aromas are all present in the nose but when enjoyed neatthe flavour is crisp and clean, with a rounded flavour profile which once again allows the sweet vegetal notes to shine. Venezuelan 100% Green Agave Spirit

WhistlePig is a fantastic brand of straight rye whisk(e)y which is distilled and initially matured in Canada before being aged further, at the WhistlePig Farm in Vermont. The Master Distiller for WhistlePig was Dave Pickerell, who was the Master Distiller for Maker's Mark for 14 years, Sadly now deceased. Their 10 year old straight rye is made with 100% rye and delivers a full-on flavour profile of clove, mint, barrel char, creamy caramels and butterscotch. Properly excellent stuff.

Aluna Coconut is made with a combination of Guatemalan and Caribbean rums alongside toasted coconut - with a particular eye towards making a tipple with a lower sugar content than similar expressions. Pretty smashing label to go along with the tasty drink, too.

Aromas of hops and eucalyptus underpinned by sage and liquorice whirl as you sip and a deeper, earthy aftertaste lingers, with citrus zest still coming through.

The ‘most unusual gin’ on the market, Hendrick’s is a fine Scottish gin which evokes rose gardens and quintessentially British cucumber sandwiches. Mastiha is a fascinating liqueur created in Greece using the resin of the rare mastiha tree grown on the Greek island of Chios. It's not often seen, but when you do, it's always worth a look. This particular expression is Kleos Mastiha, produced by master distiller Maroussa Tsaxaki using the mastiha tears (the hardened resin) and mastiha essential oils. The name comes from a Greek word meaning “fame or glory attained through good deeds and hard work” - which is clearly an admirable thing to aspire to!

A blanche absinthe distilled in a pre-ban style in Pontarlier, centre of early 20th century French absinthe production. Versatile and excellent either on its own with water or in cocktails.

A classic liqueur Kummel is a refreshing and sweet smelling drink which is packed full of flavour. Syrupy in the mouth, each sip is full-bodied and fiery, with pronounced notes of caraway, aniseed and hints of citrus and fresh peppermint. The heat gives way to a sugary sweetness which is very welcome and blends wonderfully with the deeper, spicier notes. Caraway and aniseed linger on considerably after drinking.

An artisinal mezcal from folks at Ojo de Dios, made from Espadin agave. The agave is roasted for around 10 days to create a delicate, smoky flavour that beautifully complements notes of plum, toasted pineapple and apricot.

Singani is distilled from Muscat of Alexandria grapes in the high valleys of Bolivia and is the country's national drink, but until now has not made it far from home. Singani 63 is a clean and crisp spirit, with a touch of aromatic grape.
