Rooster Rojo is produced using only the best ingredients and techniques. Rooster Rojo Anejo is made with Blue Agave, they used the Fabrica de Tequilas method, where you cook the Piña for 10 hours in autoclaves. After this, a special yeast is added to the Agave, just before fermentation. Rooster Rojo Anejo is double distilled in stainless steel pots and then aged in oak barrels. Finally, water that is filtered through Mexican silver is added to the drink, bringing it down to 38% ABV.

ROKU is Japanese for six, named after the six natural Japanese botanicals that Roku is made with, which take you on a tour of the Japanese seasons. Spring is represented by both Sakura (cherry blossom) flowers & leaves, Natsu (Japan's Summer) provides the Sencha & Gyokuro (two types of green tea), Autumn brings the Japanese pepper and Winter, the Yuzu. The eclectic mix of botanicals results in a spirit with rich character. Notes of cherry blossom are quickly followed by green tea, smokey leaves and a light bitter finish. A Chilean Pisco made from Muscat grapes, resulting in an aromatic, floral and well-rounded spirit, sure to go handsomely in a Pisco Sour. The name, El Gobernador, means "the Governor" in Spanish. The heavily-moustached chap on the label certainly looks like someone you'd refer to as "Governor".isco.

From the Domus range comes another intriguing Grappa - this time, the spirit is made using the Nebbiolo grape and has been matured to help develop its flavour profile. Nebbiolo grape are the core of all brilliant Barolo wines, but do they make great Grappa? Absolutely! Roasted apricot, walnut, dry cinnamon, juicy prune and a touch of brandied cherry.

Batanga is named after the eponymous drink created in the 1950s, which is a simple recipe of Tequila, cola and lime juice. We're sure the Tequila itself wouldn't go amiss in one of those!

While Canadian whisky is often a showcase of different grains, Signal Hill focuses instead on casks. The distillery takes corn and malt spirit and ages them in three types of cask – ex-bourbon, ex-Canadian whisky and new oak. The three casks bring out different aspects of the whisky's character – vanilla and toffee notes, sweet grain and oaky spice respectively – creating a flavoursome and well-balanced whisky.

The Cotswolds Distillery in Stourton is up and running - hooray! This is their Cotswolds Dry Gin, made with juniper, coriander and angelica root macerated in their pure wheat spirit for 24 hours. Following this, they add a botanical selection including bay leaf, grapefruit, lime, black pepper, cardamom seed and Cotswolds lavender to their carter head still for distillation. To bring it down to bottling strength, a robust 46% ABV, they use naturally refined Cotswolds water.
