Genepi Liqueur Des Alpes
This is an alcohol-based liqueur from Provence, infused with Genepi and 63 other herbs. The dry Genepi maceration is the base used for this liqueur.

A rare and interesting wine, palo cortado starts out life as a fino, aging under a layer of protective flor, before going on to age without the flor like an oloroso. Apostoles continues this secondary ageing up to a total of 30 years, including some time in ex-Pedro Ximénez casks, to produce a rich and concentrated sherry.
Pedro Ximenez Gonzales Byass Nectar is a dark golden sherry which a fully bodied flavour and long satisfying finish. It is rich in the flavours of fresh, well-ripened fruit and has a hint of woody character which makes it all the more memorable. An ageing period of around eight years delivers a sumptuous flavour and its best served in a tulip glass to allow the aroma and flavour to merge together beautifully, ensuring a taste you won’t forget.
Pedro Ximenez Noe is produced from partially sun and air dried grapes which then go through a process of pressing, fermentation and fortification, delivering a flavour which is as intense as its fresh and as fruity as it is tangy. A blend of vintages aged for at least 30 years come together to create this exceptional flavour and it has a stickiness about it which makes it even more enjoyable.
Tio Pepe En Rama is a small production, limited-edition Fino, it’s unclarified and unfiltered, resulting in a super fresh Fino. En Rama is alive with flavour and is the closest you can get to drinking directly out of the cask. It has more nutty and yeasty aromas than the usual Tio Pepe and on the palate it is fresh and citrusy, with a complex, saline finish. A truly gastronomic wine it pairs perfectly with olives, almonds, oily fish and tapas.

The Fine White is a slightly sweeter blend than the Extra Dry. This is achieved by fermenting the grape must for a slightly shorter time to preserve the natural sugars in the fruit, which give the Fine White its flavours of honey and nectar and its slightly richer amber hue. It has sweet citrus characteristics and maintains a good balance of freshness and delicacy. It should be served chilled, between 6 and 10º Celsius.
Graham’s LBV has attractive liquorice and floral aromas, and fresh blackberry flavours. It also, like the Six Grapes, has hints of the native Gum Cistus plant, which grows around the vineyards in the Douro, imparting very subtle aromas of mint to the wine.
